Mandatory stop

Obligation for every driver to stop his vehicle at the next stop line or, if there is none, immediately before the intersection, and to yield the right of way at it to vehicles traveling on the road he is approaching. If, due to exceptional circumstances, there is insufficient visibility from the place where the stop was made, the driver must stop again at a place from which he or she has visibility, without endangering any road user.
