The TraficoTest platform is available at

The goal of the platform is to help its users prepare for the DGT theory exam in all driving
categories (A, AM, A1, A2, B, BE, C, C1, CE, C1E, D, D1, DE, D1E).
These terms of use contain all the information regarding the use of the platform. By registering as a user of the platform, you automatically agree to these terms.
To use the TraficoTest platform, you need an internet connection. With a poor connection, the platform may work improperly or not at all.
To use the TraficoTest platform, you need to create an account and log in. To log in, you must enter and verify your email address. The email is required to access all features of the platform: track your learning progress, receive and gift discount codes, and invite friends.
The TraficoTest platform is available to everyone free of charge. Any registered user can try the platform and its features without cost. To access the full version of the platform, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
There are four paid subscription options: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and 3 month.
Subscriptions on the platform must be paid in advance. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the term. You can do this directly on the platform by clicking "Extras," then "Subscription plan," and finally the "Cancel" button next to the active plan.
If you do not pass the DGT theory exam on your first attempt, you may request a refund under the TraficoTest guarantee. For purchases on the web or Android (Stripe), we refund to the original payment method upon request; for purchases on iOS, we grant one month of free access and monetary refunds are managed by Apple. Eligibility requires a passing probability of ≥90% shown on your dashboard before the exam and proof of failure; the refund covers fees paid in the last 30 days and is processed within up to 10 business days. Full terms and instructions: traficotest.es/reembolso-en. This clause does not limit your rights as an EU consumer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. In that case, you will retain access to all platform features until the end of the subscription period. The subscription cost is listed both on the platform and on our website. We reserve the right to modify these prices at any time. We are not responsible for unexpected subscription purchases. Payments are managed by stripe.com.
We welcome your feedback, ratings, and questions about the TraficoTest platform. By submitting your
review, TraficoTest has the right to publish it publicly without additional consent. For this reason, we ask
that you not send content you do not wish to be published on this platform and website.
The TraficoTest platform is intended for personal use. It may not be used for commercial purposes. We grant
you the right to use the TraficoTest platform provided you do not engage in harmful actions against the
company, such as copying or selling content.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, or sell the content presented on the TraficoTest platform. We reserve the right to remove the platform from the website at any time and for any reason.
You may not disclose your account login information to third parties or take any other action that may
compromise the security of the site and its content.
We reserve all rights to the TraficoTest platform not expressly mentioned in these terms.
You use the TraficoTest platform at your own risk. We are not responsible for any failures or errors that may occur on the TraficoTest platform. We assume no liability for damages that may result from using this platform.
