The TraficoTest platform calculates the probability of passing the DGT theory exam on the first attempt. This probability must be at least 90%. 🔢 This indicator is shown on the platform’s summary dashboard.

📥 How to request a refund?

• 📄 Provide proof that you did not pass the DGT theory exam.
• 📈 Show the probability calculated by TraficoTest before the exam.

⏱️ The refund is processed within 10 business days.

💳 Amount: We will refund all fees paid in the last 30 days from the date the exam was failed.

ℹ️ Purchase method and refunds (Web/Android vs iOS)

If you purchase a subscription through our website (https://mi.traficotest.es) or via the Android app (payments processed by Stripe), we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method upon request. If purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system (iOS), we will grant one month of free access to the platform upon request, while any monetary refunds are managed directly by Apple through their support channels.
