Training centers will require prior authorization, which will be valid throughout Spain if sections or branches are established.

  • In order to ensure road safety, the minimum personnel and material requirements for driver training and recognition shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on free access to and exercise of service activities.

In particular, regulations will govern the teaching and operating procedures of training centers. The qualifications and accreditation of teachers and directors will be based on objective tests, which will assess knowledge, teaching aptitude, and practical experience. These tests will be held periodically.

  • Non-professional teaching may be authorized under the terms established by regulations.
  • The verification of drivers' psychophysical aptitudes will be carried out by centers, which will require prior authorization from the competent authority to carry out their activity.
