Obligations of participants.

All participants in the test must be covered by civil liability insurance that covers possible damages to third parties up to the same limits as those established for personal and material damages by Royal Decree 7/2001, of January 12, for mandatory motor vehicle civil liability insurance, and accident insurance that has, as a minimum, the coverage of the mandatory sports insurance regulated by Royal Decree 849/1993, of June 4, without whose mandatory contracting no test may be held.
