Conditions of circulation.
- All events will be preceded by an authority officer with a red flag and ended by another officer with a green flag. These officers will demarcate the start and end of the area occupied by the event for participants and other road users. Vehicle traffic is prohibited in the space between the red and green flags, except for expressly authorized vehicles with the authorization displayed in a visible location.
Between the two flags, authorized auxiliary personnel performing order, control, or security functions will be equipped with a yellow flag indicating attention or danger, as well as approved high-visibility clothing that meets the technical requirements contained in Royal Decree 1407/1992, of November 20.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, the organization will incorporate pilot protection vehicles that will be equipped with signs announcing the start and finish of the race, and must, where appropriate, position the opening and closing cars of the race at least 200 meters ahead and behind the first and last participant, respectively.
- The characteristics of the pilot vehicles referred to in the previous section will be the following:
- Opening vehicles:
Carrying a sign with the inscription "Attention: Sports Event. STOP", which in no case exceeds the width of the vehicle.

Orange rotating signal light.
Hazard lights and dipped beam lights on.
- Closing vehicle:
Carrying a sign with the inscription "End of race. CONTINUE", which in no case exceeds the width of the vehicle.
Green flag.
