In simple terms, this point of the DGT theory establishes that drivers of vehicles approaching an intersection marked with a priority intersection sign, or travelling on a road marked with a priority carriageway sign, as provided for in Articles 149 and 151, must have priority over vehicles travelling on or coming from another road.
