The occasional movement of vehicles through areas or zones of common use that are not suitable for circulation, as they are not intended for traffic, shall be subject to the regulations contained in **Title I** and **Chapter X of Title II** of this regulation, insofar as they are applicable, as well as to the provisions of the current regulations on drivers and vehicles.
