In vehicles with more than nine seats, including the driver, passengers shall be informed of the obligation to wear seat belts or other approved child restraint systems, by the driver, the guide or the person in charge of the group, through audiovisual means or by means of signs or pictograms, in accordance with the model shown in Annex IV, placed in visible places on each seat.
In these vehicles, occupants referred to in the second paragraph of section 1 who are three years of age or older must use approved child restraint systems that are appropriate for their height and weight. When these systems are not available, they must use seat belts, provided they are appropriate for their height and weight.
