- Motorcycles circulating on any road subject to legislation on traffic, circulation of motor vehicles and road safety.
- All vehicles travelling on a reversible lane, on a temporary additional lane or on a lane enabled to travel in the opposite direction to that normally used on the roadway where it is located, whether it is a lane that is exclusively reserved for them or is exceptionally open to traffic in that direction, as well as those required to do so by virtue of the provisions of articles 41 and 42.
