- Professional driver. A person with the corresponding administrative driving license whose main work activity is driving motor vehicles used for the transport of goods or passengers. This must be certified by a certificate issued by the company for which they work, accompanied by the corresponding documentation proving their Social Security contributions as an employee of said company.
If the entrepreneur is self-employed, the certification referred to in the previous paragraph will be replaced by a declaration from the entrepreneur himself.
